Ingredients:
- 200 g Feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 1 small garlic clove, finely grated
- 2 tablespoons Overall Health & Wellness Functional Olive Oil, plus more for drizzling
- Zest of ½ lemon
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs (thyme, parsley, or mint), for garnish
- Warm flatbreads or crudités, for serving
Method:
- Crumble the feta into a food processor or blender. Add the Greek yogurt, lemon zest, garlic, and 2 tablespoons of the Overall Health & Wellness Functional Olive Oil.
- Blend until very smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Add a little more oil if the mixture is too thick.
- Spoon into a shallow bowl and use the back of a spoon to create swirls.
- Drizzle generously with extra Overall Health & Wellness Functional Olive Oil, and finish with cracked black pepper and fresh herbs of your choice.
- Serve immediately as a dip with warm flatbreads, or spread onto toast, grain bowls, or roast veggies.
